Where should i start from?

For the past two months, i've been receiving offering letters and even calls from different colleges...some i have given them my details but some i didn't...i wonder where they got it from...sometimes i do fed up with all these but maybe they are warning me that it's time to go back to school and get the brain cracking...lol...i hope this time won't be arriving so soon...i'm starting to get lazy as time past...haiz...result is coming out soon and it's time for me to decide which college or university to enrol in...where can i start from?...i didn't even take the initiative to find out more about each college...some of you who are crazy about studying might give every college a call to enquire more information or attend open day...but i done nothing of those...i just sit back at home and surf their websites to know more about them...i don't think i get anything by doing this...lol...i've attended edu fair but it's also useless to me...visiting every college and get their counsellors to counsel you might be the best way to decide but i don't have the will to do so...what can i do?...often, their websites will lack out of the most important thing that i wanted to know which is the fees...none of the colleges will post their fees online fearing the students will runaway once they knew about the cost...they should not be afraid about it if their price is reasonable and worth it...they are really 'kiasu'...i wonder how some of you can decide so fast without thinking much...maybe they have the money so they can spend it anywhere they want even the fees are expensive...that is what make it difference between the rich and the poor...i think i should stop here...if not i will be writing an essay about this...i don't want to talk bad about the rich already...
